Description
To replace the current BV implementation of favorite intra-bank & inter-bank accounts maintenance with one that uses Hibernate DAOs as the back-end.

Unchanged. There are two BSN records thus the duplication.

Fixed. Caused by Javascript still being imported into the JSP.
- Validation error not follow the field order.
Unchanged. Order of Validation is determined by Struts. Will look into this later.

Unchanged. Resolved by restarting the App Server.

Unchaged. I believe this is actually Interbank Add Maint which has been fixed.
Added Maybank account lengths.

Registered Payee Maintenance
1) Add (Telcos>Celcom)
Actual Result - All field is required but click on confirm button only "Subscriber's Name is required" appear
Expected Result - Show validate error message for all required field.
2) Add (Telcos>TMNet)
Actual Result - All field is required but click on confirm button only "Amount" appear
Expected Result - Show validate error message for all required field.
