CDB Application > Create for OTC

Step to re-produce.
1. Search CIS Number / Account Number
2. Click on Validate button
3. System display Organization Name
4. Click on Back button
5. Click on Create button Again.

Actual Result : Data remain on the Search
Expected Result : To reset bean for Search CIS Number
