Description

Path : CDB > Message Box

1. CDB User not received message from IBAM

Step :
1. IBAM admin sent message to CDB User
2. CDB user did not received. (Not Stable)

2. CDB User cannot access to message box when the box is empty

Step
1. CDB User delete all inbox message
2. CDB user click on "Message Box" icon

Result :
Current : System display blank page (refer attachment)
Expected : System display message box screen.

Hi Ayu,

Please refer below.

1. CDB User not received message from IBAM
Finding : No message id save into db when send email from IBAM
Resolution : Update store message id into db when send email from IBAM, please test after deployment done afternoon.

2. CDB User cannot access to message box when the box is empty
Finding : Cannot replicate this issue, please try again.
