Description
Path : CDB > create transaction that contain approval matrix rule
Step :
1. User enter amount that not set at approval matrix
2. click confirm
System throw error message
Current : "Invalid approval matrix amount"
Expected : " Exceed transaction amount limit"

all error message from backend i set same as CDB
