Description
Bug: System hides EPF once bill payment is checked
User ID: administrator
User Role: IBAM's Super Administrator
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to IBAM login > Corporate Back End > CDB Application > Create > Search > Organization Details > Contact Details > Services
2. Check Online Payment.
3. Check Bulk Payment.
4. Check Auto Debit.
5. Check Statutory Body.
6. Check Bill Payment or Auto Debit or Bulk Payment.
Current Result:
Once Bill Payment is checked, the system will hide EPF under statutory body.
Expected Result:
Once Bill Payment is checked, the system will not hide EPF under statutory body.

bsn-admin-sit > CDB Application Create and Edit
- Login to bsn-admin-sit
- Access CDB Application Create and Edit
- At Services page, except for Online Payment, if any services is checked, Statutory Body is enabled
- If all services is not checked, Statutory Body is disabled and hide KWSP if shown
