Description

Bug: Not showing error message when select same account

Role: Single User (singleuser4/Aaaa@111)

Path: Payment & Transfer > Own Account

Step to Reproduce:
1. Select same "To Account" & "From Account"
2. Click "Next" button

Current Result:
Unable to proceed to next page and the error message not showing

Expected Result:
Show error message: "Transfer From and Transfer To must not be the same"
