Description

Path : IBAM > Content > Notices > BIB > Latest Promotion and Announcment

Step :
1. Successfuly upload new promotion with image
2. Edit description
3. Click "save"

Result : System display "Invalid Promotion Image File Format"

Expected : No issue with image file format, can save as usual.
