Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Customer claimed that he unable to perform Own Account Transfer from his KFH Sure Cashline Account-i to KFH Savings Account-i.

He only managed to performed IB Fund transfer to his own account @11.24(RM1000) & 11.25 (RM1000).

Kindly assist to check on this issue & revert to us.

Details of the transaction are as follows:
