Kindly attend below request:
Please help to check why one of our customers unable to transfer 10K IBFT to Hong Leong Bank with the reason "withdrawal limit exceeded".
The personal limit maintained at IB is 10K for both Open and Registered Instant Transfer.
Please help to investigate and while we waiting for the logs to be ready, kindly revert if anything we can check from database. IB_IBFT_TRANSFER and IB_TRANSFER_LIMIT attached for your reference.
