Description
Bug: LOCK user not function after enter wrong password for more 4 times
Path: CDB > Change Password
Current Result:
1. LOCK user not function after enter wrong password for more 4 times
2. User status does not change to LOCKED
Expected Result:
1. After enter wrong "Old Password":
1.1 User will be LOCKED
1.2 System will logout
2. User status should change to be LOCKED

Test scenario:
- Access bsn-cdb-sit
- Login as corporate user/corporate admin
- Access module Change Password
- Enter Current Password with wrong value
- Expected result, after user is locked, page will logout with error message.
