Kindly attend below request:
please help to check why cannot access statement folder as below:
account.statement.ftp.dir=D:/Reports/estatement/pdf/ --> can download but sometime connection lost, need to restart every time issue occurred
account.statement.ftp.dir=//172.16.51.27/reports/estatement/pdf/ --> cannot download. tested in UAT ok. bulk also use this way and ok.
Please advise.

Solution: Server only need restart
