My reply to Bella on 21st August 2019

Dear Bella,

Would like to check whether this problem still exists in production. Based on our record, this fixes has been deployed to production on 9th August 2019.
What we did in this fixes is by changing service type from FUNEMOP_FROM (emoney) to ACCOPEN_FROM (account opening) under Online Account Opening Details page (when building from account).
I remembered during PPC, the from account disappeared due to service type was not configured yet in IB_SERVICE_LIST. I supposed this has been fixed as well during PPC.

In order to make STP account disappear from this menu, back office just need to ensure this setting:
1. Site Management - STP Config - Filter by Service
2. Make sure Account Opening is not inside the whitelist.

Lastly, I would like to check whether STP menu is still missing in production? If yes, you need to create separate support ID for this.

Thank you.
