Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Received complaint from customer that she unable to access internet banking account due to inactivity for more than 180 days. She tried to reset the password several attempts but were not successful with the following message “Wrong user name or password”.

Then, she got error message “You have reached the maximum number of password attempts. For security reasons, your KFH online account has been blocked. For assistance, please call our contact centre hotline”.

She also added, she not being able to login with the changed password.

Kindly check with both user if they input the correct combination (alphabet and numeric) for the password field.

As per last email at 8th May, desteh69 was locked due to wrong password, exceed 3 times

Issue closed in SCP.
