Kindly attend below request:
CC received complaint from many customers that Agronet Locked when using correct password (attachment).
Based on IBAM log, preliminary finding that the problem start on 25/4/2019.
For example a customer successful login on 26/04/2019 04:53:05 AM (refer to khairul90). However his login was unsuccessful on 26/04/2019 10:03:18 AM.
