Pelanggan lupa password dan reset password Agronet tanpa menyedari guna username yg salah kepunyaan pengguna agronet pihak lain ( Username : alyssa ) .
Semasa reset password, beliau masukan username/ nombor akaun /nombor kad / atm pin kepunyaan beliau seperti berikut:

No. Akaun : 1005411000012362
No. Kad ATM : 4199270009519499
Reset password tersebut telah berjaya. Ianya di buat cawangan dan disedari oleh staf cawangan.

HI Kak Ilah, Issue cause by checking for CIF is missing. We have re-add it to the reset password. Please find the file from attach url. \\172.16.49.2\was-workspace\01 Download WAR files from Penril\4979 - Forgot Password Issue
