Kindly attend below request.
Customer has performed JOMPAY transaction date 23/05/2019 amounting RM1039.80, transaction has been debited and processed accordingly, however transaction status show as unsuccessful. please assist to investigate and change the status from unsuccessful to successful

1) Based our investigation, We found this issue happen because system unable to receipt sequence id from database when insert receipt data. This issue similar to issue 4913. Please get the patches via below path:-

2) Please execute sql for get information for update status for this transaction
