Kindly attend below request:
The below customer have complete for first time login registration. However, she still cannot login to her CMS account due to an error “Please proceed to First Time Login for activation”.
Kindly assist urgently since customer need to use CMS ASAP.
- We had advised him to clear browsing history and change internet browser but the problem still persist.
