Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Account Management > Edit User Details
2. Enter less than 11 digits into the Mobile No. field.
Current Result:
System displays the below:
Please enter at least 11 characters.
Expected Result:
System displays the below:
Mobile No. must be within the range 10 and 11 14 numericals.
