Change: Change the acceptable digit ranges in Mobile No. field and change the error message
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > User Maintenance
2. Enter less than 11 digits into the Mobile No. field.
Current Result:
System displays the below:
Please enter at least 11 characters.
Expected Result:
System displays the below:
Mobile No. must be within the range 10 and 11 numerical.

Add on:
Also, please remove the javascript validation from the Mobile No. input field and change it to Java validation. The error message should only appear when the user clicks on the "Next" button and the error message should appear on top of the page.
