Bug: Create Category FEESMAINTENANCE display NIL at Before State

Path: IBAM > BBE > Audit Trail

Role: penrilmaker/Mss@dm1n

Step to Reproduce:
1. IBAM Maker perform to Create Category under FEESMAINTENANCE
2. IBAM Maker view the Audit Trail

Current Result:
Display NIL at Before State
Note: Same issue also persist after Approve

Expected Result:
Should display Before State value
