Change Notice Title to alphanumeric and space -and space- as per SRS
+Step :+
1. Access to Content Management screen
2. Click on “Select Content” menu then select “Notices” (System displays Notices Content type by default )
3. Click on specific Notices Category Name link
4. Click on button “Create Content”
5. Input special character on Notice Title
6. Click on Next Button

Step 2: System displays Notices Category screen
Step 3: System displays Notices Content List tab
Step 4: System displays Create Notices Content Page
Step 6: System displays error message - Please input a valid value
*Note :*
Actual : System can't validasi in field Notice Title (Input Special Char)
Expect : System can validation in Field Notice Title with "error message"
