Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

User unable to login IBAM after AD reset.
norazirah : Last login 13/7/2022

Najmi's finding:
# IBAM user account is locked at the Active Directory(AD) system
# User tried login to IBAM multiple times, causing database table TB_AM_USER error count to increase more than 3
# User unlocked account at the AD system
# User tried login to IBAM but got invalid username or password
# TB_AM_USER error count keep increasing instead of reset to zero
# Temporary solution, update TB_AM_USER error count to zero
# Permenant solution, IBAM need to reset TB_AM_USER error count if AD credential validation is success
