Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

User unable to login IBAM after AD reset.
norazirah : Last login 13/7/2022

Najmi's finding:
  1. IBAM user account is locked at the Active Directory(AD) system
  2. User tried login to IBAM multiple times, causing database table TB_AM_USER error count to increase more than 3
  3. User unlocked account at the AD system
  4. User tried login to IBAM but got invalid username or password
  5. TB_AM_USER error count keep increasing instead of reset to zero
  6. Temporary solution, update TB_AM_USER error count to zero
  7. Permenant solution, IBAM need to reset TB_AM_USER error count if AD credential validation is success

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login IBAM using AD username (borrow from IT team or asked them to lock their user). Insert invalid password until user lock.
Warning: AD user cannot access to all bsn system once they are locked. Inform IT team to call security team to unlock user as soon as possible.
2. After security team has unlocked AD user, login again. Login and insert valid password, user should be successfully login into IBAM.

SIT deploy on 10/08/2022. Kindly retest.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login IBAM using AD username (borrow from IT team). Insert invalid password until user lock (or can ask IT team to test).
