Since upass-admin has dependency to upass-core, for the time being UPassServiceImpl instanciates UPassController directly; Also moved net.penril.generic.hibernate package in upass-min to another package, in order to fix class loading conflicts in upass-admin.
Forked from agro-admin r:642, stripped away as much classes as it still compiles, but still dependent on agro-core, thus WIP...
