Kindly attend below request:
Customer complaint BIB was not accessible on 06/08/2019 9:30pm. Based on checking, found that BIB at ibappsvr1 is not responding.
Last log captured 06/08/2019 4.37pm.
Please help to check what is the root cause and provide us propose solution.

Issue cause by : database connection is slow or lost connection, cause websphere thread is hang there and connection pool is full. After restart application will release all the threads and connection pool.
