Today there is server issue both App server 1 and App Server 2.
App server 1 happen at 14/08/2019 5:40 PM and 15/08/2019 4:50 PM
App server 2 happen at 15/08/2019 12.50 PM
From investigation, Issue happen at App server 1 and App server 2 is different from error message we saw from the log file.
Issue in App server 1 is cause by connection pool in JNDI.
Where app server 2 Maximum connection is 100, App server 1 Maximum connection is 10.
The fixes for Maximum connection have edit and save.
Please Restart websphere admin agent and websphere server tonight to reflect the changes.

Update on App server 2 issue.
Yesterday from the log we able to saw user tried to download e-statement just before the server problem.
After some research , we found issue is cause by when reading the estatement, the connection of mapped drive lost, then cause the threads hung.
For solution, enable the ftp connection that available for downloading e-statement.
please test it in UAT first and update us if there is any problem.
