Root Cause: Recipient Reference and Other Payment Details not substring as per requirement, was substring to 22 characters instead of 20
Affects transaction with Recipient Reference and Other Payment Details with 21 characters.
Fix: Substring Recipient Reference and Other Payment Details to 20 characters
