We have received email notification CIB SI unsuccessful today but the accounts have been debited successfully.
Kindly assist to investigate why the status in the email is Unsuccessful

Findings:
We check the SI record. the are lot of expired record still have status online.
Suggestion:
1) Update status expired SI to delete using sql
2) system automatic update status delete when si record is expired
2) optimize SI sql
Please inform us if KFH accept our suggestion. So we can prepare the patches
- Currently expired SI list can be view at SI module(bib & cib) but did not have function to delete after expired
