Kindly attend below request:
We are experiencing high JVM usage and it is getting worse starting from july 15 (attachment file : JVMChartHistory.pdf)
changes deployed in july 15 is CR#190006 - Forgot Password, Security Phrase, Captcha, Password Policy
attached is heap dump analyzer report we got from MAT Memory Analyzer and IBM Heap Analyzer
- [MAT Memory Analyzer] top consummer is com.ibm.ws.session.store.memory.MemoryStore
please reexamine how many time you store data in session
- [IBM Heap Analyzer] result is attached : IBMDiagnostic.xlsx
Our WAS team also give us report that following class consume high jvm
- net.penril.ib.navigation.hibernate.IbNavigation
- net.penril.ibss.core.hibernate.IbCustProfile
- org.apache.struts.validator.DynaValidatorForm that contain com.ib.common.utils.ViewDynaBean objects.
for this changes CR#190006 - Forgot Password, Security Phrase, Captcha, Password Policy
please recheck how you keep lock counting and locked status for invalid user data
for temporary solution we might request you to remark that logic.

This has been deployed to production by 14th October 2019.
Our solution:
1. To put non legit user record into TbAmFraud
2. Also to fix AppConfig in Webpshere unable to load from Java Global Variable, we implement singleton.
3. We also moved the config from AppConfig to TbAmConfig.
I have Bella in email, whether we can close this item.
