Findings:
From our investigation. sms notification system unable sent sms due special character (;). This special character has been used by data from database as splitter between column. The bene name that contain this special character (;) has been provided HPS via webservice RPPInstanceTransferServices (DuitNow)
Solution:
Please liaise HSP to solve this problem
