Here our investigation finding.
1) Unable to get fpx record from database. which lead ib sending null value request to paynet and causing transaction not updated. Please refer log for details
Action Plan
1) Please check at FPX engine if have function to cancel transaction(contingency plan)
2) We provide the fixes for prevent system to sent null to paynet. Please get get the patches at below path:-
