Kindly attend below request:

Please be informed that Tenaga Nasional Berhad has changed their JomPAY Collection Account No. effective 25th Sept 2019. However, we found that there were impacted transactions which Kuwait Finance House remitted the fund to the old collection account number. This issue happened due to the bank failed to perform the second validation as stated in the JomPAY OP.

JomPAY OP Clause - 19.5.5.2 “Provide Payers with a facility to schedule one-off, recurring and future dated JomPAY Payment Instructions. Payer Banks must also ensure that all JomPAY Payment Instructions, both On-us and Off-us, are validated via BVM on the scheduled date. Payer Banks must notify Payers regarding the status of their Payment Instructions once these Payment Instructions validated via BVM on the scheduled date. Notifications must be delivered to the Payers no more than ten (10) minutes after the status of the Payment Instructions is known to the Payer Banks”
