Background and Overview

To facilitate ease of reference, consistency and better management, all the delegated authorities, as approved by Board are now uploaded at Deskmate. These approval limits will help ensure that a sound governance and management structure is in place, which includes a detailed structure of limits, guidelines and other parameters used to govern risk taking. Moving forward, any changes to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) will require approval from the Board of Directors.
