Hi Chee Ping,
Kindly attend below request.
User Name : ecobio Date & time : 10.00am - to 11.25am According to the above customer, she was unable to login to her CMS account. Error message prompted was “Service is currently unavailable”. Kindly assist to check & revert soonest as she need to initiate payment for staff salary. We have transferred log file to \\10.20.8.104\shared\IB\Log\29112019

Root Cause
Look like this problem only happen in bv03. I found the problem when want to establish connection to UPASS, only on bv03.

Solution
1) Please check the UPassClient.cfg in kfh_bib folder in bv03, to check the webservice URL inside UPassClient.cfg is same with other instances. If the webservice URL is same with other instances, check the connectivity.
2) For temporary, you may ask the customer to clear cache and then try to login again. If that customer able to switch to another instances, she able to login.
