Another customer has contacted CC because she was unable to register her KFHOnline account.
The error message prompted was (Error Code 9002).
CC had advised her to clear all the history, cache and cookies, but the same error message popped up.
Please help to investigate on this issue.

This issue happened due to HPS return error code 02 when performing card no pin verification. Please check with HPS on the error code 02.
