Received enquiry from customer unable to view transaction in his Approver tab via Cash Management Solution. 1st approver has successfully approved the said transaction, but not with 2nd Approver. He informed that, he only received the email notification, transaction is pending for approval. Kindly please check & revert to us soonest. Since the transaction is unsuccessful, please advise customer to redo the transaction.
The transaction did not appear to the second approver due to transaction status is unsuccessful after first approver approved.
