Customer informed that she unable to perform the transaction (favourite transfer) due to customer unable to scroll down the page to choose mode of transfer. Customer used device to perform transaction.

Root cause:
The issue user cannot scroll down when using google chrome browser because the scrolling attribute has been set to no.
Solution:
Used the default value of scrolling attribute which is yes.
