Hi Zahir,
Please refer below for the root cause and resolution. Fixed package had been deploy to production on 13/3/2020, you may close this case.
Root Cause:
- Database sqlserver upgrade to new version.
Resolution:
- Update sqljdbc.jar to version 8.2 together with rcas application upgrade to jdk 1.8. Server TLS version change from 1.0 to 1.2.
