Account number check digit return invalid although it is the correct account number.

Issue:
BSN account number ending with zero causing error "Invalid Account Number"
Finding:
CDB check digit missing a validation.
Solution:
Add the validation formula when check digit.
SIT testing data:
IBAM > CBE > Org Setup > Seroja > Account Management
Check Account number ending with zero. It should labeled as Giro or Giro-i

- File can create user 2.jpg added
- File can create user 3.jpg added
- File successfully create user.jpg added
