Kindly attend below request:
Customer Ever Fresh Cameron Sdn Bhd upload socso payment for 03/2020 via agronetBiz. Unfortunately payment was not updated at socso side.
Based on socso team, report dated 25/04/2020 send by agrobank was blank.
Please help to check.

Reported Issue :
Customer Ever Fresh Cameron Sdn Bhd upload socso payment for 03/2020 via agronetBiz. Unfortunately payment was not updated at socso side.
Based on socso team, report dated 25/04/2020 send by agrobank was blank.
Resolution:
Based on finding the socso transaction has been approved is on 30/4/2020.
After confirmation through WhatsApp with Ilah on 3/06/2020, the report dated 25/4 send to Socso.
We advise to send the report dated 30/4 to Socso as the report will be generated based on the updated date.

Update info,
Socso has requested the bank to send EMPR01 to them.
After investigating with kak ilah, the EMPRO1 report is not generated because the return file didn't copy by operator.
On 11/06/2020 kak ilah has sent the generated EMPRO1 to socso after success generates the EMPRO1 report.
