Kindly attend below request.
According to PayNet there is still tx of Instant Transfer via SAN network. Based on checking those transaction is BIB transaction initiated before 15.05.2020.

Finding root cause:
EIBFT transaction after 15 May 2020 is caused by EIBFT transaction initialized before Migration but approver approves the transaction after the migration.
The solution given was:
We will set the status transaction to expired as per conversation through WhatsApp on 15 Jun 2020.
The criteria for expiring EIBFT transaction will be :
- EIBFT transaction and
- Transaction initiated before 15 May 2020
Deliver the patch on 17 Jun 2020 for testing at SIT.
