Kindly attend below request:-
When Approver click reject to reject transaction, error "Session Expired" and transaction still exist in authorization list.
User Approver : ginhoeteh
User Approver : daniel410
latest customer try to reject on 10/08/2020 16:28, log provided in previous email.

BIB_APPROVER_STATUS can see there are 2 approvers had approved the transaction on 26 March 2020.
BIB_USER can see that 2 approvers is from group A.
But from BIB_TRNX_APPROVER_RULES table the counter for group A only 1. it should be 2 as 2 approvers have approved the transaction.
Suspected issue caused by update failed to database in March as that time we have not implemented the DB slowness fixes in May 2020.
Provide query to change the transaction status to Expired.
