Description

Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

Request from JPD to enhance CDB/IBAM to filter Org Code.

The change should effect IBAM org setup, CDB CA user maintenance screen, CDB transaction screen, CDB home screen, file upload, data entry, history listing and other screens that may related.

Please asses and come back to us.

I’m sure this will involve huge change on the system, for that, any discussion required kindly let us know.

to add filtering for org code (5 characters)

Purpose : only allowable usser can view selected org code.

Effected area :

Setting :

Not all company neeed this function. BSN can ontrol this service

IBAM > Org Setup > User Maintenace

Requested by JTM to add function same like account no.

CDB :

- CDB transaction screen
- CDB home screen
- Bulk Payment / Auto Debit / EPF / LHDN
file upload, data entry/edit data, history listing (only display selected org code)
- Report (Only display selected org code report)
- CDB Authorization List (Display selected Org Code

Module Functionality

Setting : Admin tick "Yes" to allow assign org code
Org Setup > User Maintenance : Not assign any org code to user

CDB > User login

Result : User still can see all org code
Expected : User cannot see any org code because no org been
assigned yet

To filter authorization list by org code

Path : Approver and Verifier screen

Currently : System displayed all even after assigned org code
Expected : To only display assigned org code transaction
