Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Kindly further check on the payroll file upload status for FAIZA MARKETING SDN BHD. Customer have uploaded the payroll file on 13/10/2020 however still there is no transaction in Payroll History as well as for approval action. Our further checking from IBAM, the file status is “Pending”.
Tested file in UAT successful validate. Customer has reupload the file and ok.
Please help to check.

Reported issue:
The payroll upload transaction details didn't display
Finding:
Based on the uploaded file, the system unable to save the transaction details due to the field Debit_Ref is empty.
Suggestion:
Suggestion to fill in the value under the Debit_Ref column for the system able to save in the table.

Kak Ilah had updated to the user to ask the customer to key in the mandatory field (Debit_Ref) in the uploaded excel file for bulk or payroll.
Zahir kindly helps to close this issue, already confirm with kak Ilah to close this issue.
