Fixed. Caused by infinite fetching of Registered records from database.
Note - I can't open the attached .docx files in OpenOffice. Please convert them to .doc files.

Status: Fail
1) When the "Bill Account Number Required" is set to "yes", there is no text box for user to key in the account no. at RIB.
2) When the "Bill Account Number Required" is set to "no", it still required the user to key in the account no.
3) Bill payment is cannot not be made.Please see the attachment at RIB.
4) When the "Amount type" is set to fix amount, the application prompts an error which states that the "Amount must be numeric." at RIB.
5) When "Bill Account Display Name Required", "1st Bill Reference Display Name Requirement", "2nd Bill Reference Display Name Requirement" are set to "yes". The transaction can be proceed even though they are marked as compulsory and no value is given to them.
6) "2nd Bill Reference Type" value cannot be updated at IBAM.
