Customer called contact centre to inform that he unable to login Agronet Biz and due to “ session expired “ , customer have try several times but still unable to login.
Kindly check and advice on this matter since customer need to do an urgent transaction.

From the log we found no error regarding the login. After the log snippet below you will be able to see verifySessionID that is triggered when the user clicks the navigation panel.
Checking to user in which screen user hit session expired
Few suggestions for this issue:
- Check BIB Transaction enquiry whether the user has initiate any transaction
- Check the IP of the login user activity to see the same user try to login not different person try to login.

13/11/2020 Ilah inform balqis User able to performed login and transaction. Advise Ilah to restart server.
14/11/2020 Ilah perform restart server. will monitor again.
