Kindly attend below request:-
Please help to investigate one of the Unsuccessful DuitNow transfer due Transfer Limit. As i checked, there is no transaction performed today.The transfer limit set for FAV duitnow transfer is 10K. However, our customer is not able to perform RM9K registered transfer to other bank.
Below are the details:
From account no = 001102024632
Transaction amount = RM 9000
IB Ref No = 0007883798
Logs have been shared at below path:

Finding 1) Standard daily limit is not set. system will set default limit rm 5000 2) user able to update duitNow limit more than standard daily limit. Solution 1) Please ask user to increase standart daily limit at the transfer limit. * * standart daily limit is combination limit for interbank, intrabank and duitnow and si Further limit checking 1) Please provide us kfh_consumer.war from all instances.

Dear Shikin, As per our investigation, the issue is due to DuitNow added into the combined limit in Phase 1B. Before this, DuitNow Transfer limit was an independent limit. Kindly refer to the attached script to get the affected users for your next action.
