To fixed organization field to 5 digit characters only.
example : N4986
Currently system allow 8 characters include service code.

Hi chee onn,
As I discuss with Encik Rahmat Bohari, he agreed to go with our second plan which is to keep the organization code field to 8 characters and put validation after insert org code.
