System pop out error message 'ERROR WHILE PERFORMING YOUR REQUEST'
Kindly help to further check on this issue.

Findings:-
no error found on log

Suspect intermittent issue during request validate password/token at UPASS server
Possibility of connection lost between IB (CMS) and UPASS server
