Kindly attend below request:-
This is to formalize the issue that has been communicated to Penril for SMS OTP post implementation.
Customers were unable to proceed with the transactions due to "Security answer not matched".
Understand Penril has started to investigate the issue. Logs have been provided on 16/12/2020.
Kindly check thoroughly if there is difference between outside link and inside link (after login) when resetting the Security Question.

Root Cause:- Change Password in Profile Maintenance is save into DB instead session. When detection of fraud, system get the answer from session. Solution:- Change code logic on verification for get the answer from DB instead session Please get the patches at below path:- //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20201215_SMS_OTP_combine
